Abstract
Purpose
This study aims to understand and a lay a foundation of how analytics has been used in depression management, this study conducts a systematic literature review using two techniques – text mining and manual review. The proposed methodology would aid researchers in identifying key concepts and research gaps, which in turn, will help them to establish the theoretical background supporting their empirical research objective.
Design/methodology/approach
This paper explores a hybrid methodology for literature review (HMLR), using text mining prior to systematic manual review.
Findings
The proposed rapid methodology is an effective tool to automate and speed up the process required to identify key and emerging concepts and research gaps in any specific research domain while conducting a systematic literature review. It assists in populating a research knowledge graph that does not reach all semantic depths of the examined domain yet provides some science-specific structure.
Originality/value
This study presents a new methodology for conducting a literature review for empirical research articles. This study has explored an “HMLR” that combines text mining and manual systematic literature review. Depending on the purpose of the research, these two techniques can be used in tandem to undertake a comprehensive literature review, by combining pieces of complex textual data together and revealing areas where research might be lacking.

Abstract
Purpose
Knowledge sharing has become necessary for organizations as it is a source of competitive advantage. Therefore, this study aims to investigate how empowering leadership through psychological empowerment encourages employees’ knowledge-sharing (KS) behavior. This study further explores the moderating role of learning goal orientation (LGO) between psychological empowerment and KS behavior.
Design/methodology/approach
This study collected data from 423 employees working in manufacturing and service organizations in two waves on convenience basis to tackle common method variance. The data were analyzed through structural equation modeling.
Findings
The results revealed that empowering leadership helps employees modify their KS behavior both directly and indirectly in the presence of psychological empowerment. Moreover, individuals high in LGO are more likely to involve in KS behavior when psychologically empowered.
Research limitations/implications
This study used a cross-sectional design and suggests management focus on their working environment to enhance knowledge sharing among employees, which is possible through empowering leaders. The study further suggests management not ignore individual attributes during recruitment.
Originality/value
Drawing upon job characteristics model and social exchange theory, this study explores the mediating role of psychological empowerment between empowering leadership and KS behavior and the moderating role of LGO on the association between psychological empowerment and KS behavior.

Abstract
Purpose
The purpose of this study is to investigate internal governance mechanisms factors, focusing on Shari’ah-based governance mechanisms that affect the price synchronicity of Islamic banks (IBs).
Design/methodology/approach
This study analyzes and compares the effect of Shari’ah and regular governance mechanisms on stock price synchronicity over 2013–2022 using a sample of 51 listed IBs in 13 countries in the Middle East and South Asia region. Using generalized least square method, this paper tests nine hypotheses addressing Shari’ah and regular governance mechanisms.
Findings
The findings generally reveal that Shari’ah-based governance mechanisms have a significant impact on the stock price synchronicity of IBs. The main determinants of stock price synchronicity among IBs are SSB size, SSB diversity, SSB members’ qualifications in finance Islamic jurisprudence and SSB interlocks. Shari’ah governance plays a detrimental role in improving the association between bank stock price synchronicity and transparency.
Research limitations/implications
This paper includes three main limitations that may affect the accuracy of the findings. First, this paper relied on publicly available financial statements of IBs online. Hence, the data in this study is from few IBs in each country, which limits the analysis given the reliance is on the best-performing IBs in the country. Second, the results are restricted to the Middle East and South Asia and may not be generalized to other regions. Third, the sample is dominated by Middle East countries (i.e. 37 IBs out of 51).
Practical implications
Both Shari’ah governance and regular governance have an impact on the transparency of IBs. Policymakers or regulators could encourage IBs to embed SSBs into their internal governance structure for the positive impact the SSBs attributes have on stock price synchronicity and transparency.
Originality/value
This research studies IBs, unlike most other works that focus on firms.

Abstract
Purpose
The aim of this paper is to investigate the role of the stakeholder's relationship with supply chain resilience (SCR) and organizational performance (OP) using the lens of stakeholder theory in the manufacturing and service industry. Investigating the supply chain community in Pakistan, this paper explores the relationship between SCR, OP and the stakeholder's relationship (including customers and suppliers).
Design/methodology/approach
A partial least square (PLS) – structural equation modeling (SEM) technique using SmartPLS 3.3.3 was used to test the hypotheses. Data were collected through a survey (questionnaire) completed by 202 supply chain representatives. All respondents were supply chain professionals working in different organizations in Pakistan.
Findings
The findings of the study revealed that supplier relationship (SR) and customer relationship (CR) have a positive and significant impact on SCR and a positive and significant relationship between SCR and OP. A positive and significant relationship between customer relationship and OP was also noted. The mediating role of SCR is also found positive and significant.
Practical implications
The outcomes of the study will help managers to strengthen SCR through relationship management. The study is also helpful to increase OP through stakeholder management.
Originality/value
This study empirically tests an inclusive model with a PLS-SEM technique where SCR plays a mediating role in the mechanism, which is crucial since the supplier and customer (stakeholder) relationship has been never tested to gauge the OP by positioning SCR as a mediator while using the lens of stakeholder theory.

This study aims to offer an effective nanocomposite for potential use to consolidate and protect deteriorated archaeological pottery.
Abstract
Purpose
This study aims to offer an effective nanocomposite for potential use to consolidate and protect deteriorated archaeological pottery.
Design/methodology/approach
Three nanocomposites were used in the experimental study. This study used nano Primal AC33, silicon dioxide (SiO2) and montmorillonite (MMT) nanoparticles to protect and consolidate pottery specimens. Pottery specimens were made at 800°C for this investigation. Consolidation materials were applied with a brush. The properties of the treated pottery specimens were assessed using several methods such as digital and scanning electron microscopes, static water contact angle, color alteration, physical properties and compressive strength.
Findings
Microscopic examination indicated the ability of the nano Primal AC33/MMT nanocomposites to cover the outer surface well and bind the inner granules. Concerning specimens with code F treated with nano Primal AC33 5%/MMT 3% nanocomposites, it achieved an increase in contact angle (120°), density (1.23 g/cm3) and compressive strength (561 kg/cm2), as well as a decrease in color change (ΔE = 2.62), water absorption (4.45%) and porosity (5.46%). The novelty of the results is due to the characteristics of nano Primal AC33 5%/MMT 3% nanocomposites used in the current study.
Originality/value
This study describes the significant results of the analytical methods used for evaluating consolidation materials used in this study. The findings offer useful information for the protection of archaeological pottery. The investigation indicated that nano Primal AC33 5%/MMT 3% nanocomposites gave the best results. Therefore, it is recommended to use this nanocomposite to consolidate archaeological pottery. As a result, the current work provides a promising first step in conserving archaeological pottery for future studies.
